Olivado Olive Oil

Anybody that loves being in the kitchen knows you can’t get by without a few culinary essentials and a good quality oil must be near the top of the list. In our house I am obsessed with oils. I have one for every occasion...and why not I say! 
 
It has taken a while but I have finally persuaded Olivado to add me to their team! The trips overseas to see how these oils have been produced while filming my TV show really made a lasting impression... but as we all know,  it always comes back to flavour and whatever health benefits you like from your favourite oil, and Olivado ticks all the right boxes for me.

I am always asked – Which oil do you use for what purpose. Now I know this may seem a little obvious – you don’t deep-fry with olive oil... But I believe the flavour of certain oils can really enhance your food.  For example, with a curry, the blended oils can really enhance your paste and add an extra flavour boost. The Avo oil is absolutely fantastic for high heat cooking where time is of the essence. But the new Organic Olive oil is a simply stunning drizzle with a herbaceous flavour and brilliant golden hue.
